I am honored and humbled that Robert McRouer, in his book, Crip Times: Disability, Globalization and Resistance ( NYU Press, 2018), in which he theorizes about disability rights, crip politics and the politics of crippling governments and economies, devotes a chapter to talk about my project Mérida90.

Mérida90, a documentary project that address the theme of housing politics in Mexico was published as a book in 2011 by Tumbona Ediciones and it is analyzed in relationship to the 2008 British austerity politics and the dual year Mexico-UK that took place in 2015.

The book analyzes the work of activists and artists that are working with resistance movements and human rights groups in Spain, UK and Mexico as he theorizes about this under spoken area in disability politics and studies.
